Indonesian Journal of Waqf Studies is published as an Open Access journal. The journal adopts a copyright and licensing policy that protects authors’ intellectual property rights while encouraging ethical use and non-commercial reuse of published content.

  1. Copyright Ownership
  2. Authors retain full copyright of all articles published in the Indonesian Journal of Waqf Studies.
  3. The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright ownership to the journal or its publisher.

  5. All articles published in the Indonesian Journal of Waqf Studies are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
  6. Under this license, users are permitted to copy, distribute, and adapt the published material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:
